Lesson Structure:

2. Introduction (5 minutes)
- Briefly introduce the history and importance of table tennis.

3. Demonstration (5 minutes)
- Demonstrate how to hold the paddle properly (grip).

5. Simple Rallies (15 minutes)
- Pair up students and have them stand on opposite sides of the table.
- Start with simple rallies, encouraging consistent returns.
- Emphasize control rather than power at this stage.
6. Mini Matches (10 minutes)
- Set up mini-matches where pairs play short games to 5 points.
- Rotate pairs to allow students to play against different opponents.

7. Cool Down and Reflection (5 minutes)
